Investigate many different flavours of honey on the market, especially those from small local producers here in Australia.

Avoid heavily refined and blended honey where possible.

Did you know that to produce 1kg of beeswax, worker bees eat about 10kg honey, fly 530,000km and visit 70 million flower blossoms? And that’s just to make the wax to make the honeycomb to store more honey!
